Nine Pilates studios and gyms in Koszalin: mat and reformer classes, drop-in and membership prices, timetables and which ones take sports cards.
Koszalin has both formats: small reformer studios with groups of up to four, and mat classes included in gym memberships. Reformer sessions cost more (from PLN 120 at a studio) but suit back pain, post-natal recovery and injuries; mat classes at gyms start from PLN 35 per drop-in.
Most gyms accept Polish employer-funded sports cards (MultiSport, Medicover Sport, FitProfit) – if your employer gives you one, mat Pilates at a gym is effectively free. Small studios usually do not take cards and sell packs of 4 or 8 sessions instead of monthly passes.
Pilates instructors in our directory run one-to-one sessions in a studio, at home or online – useful if group timetables clash with your day or you need work on a specific issue. We do not know which instructors teach in English – ask before booking.

Pick mat or reformer
No pain and a tight budget: start on the mat at a gym. Back pain or a recent injury: choose a reformer studio with a small group.
Book ahead
Reformer studios take bookings by app, SMS or phone and have waiting lists for evening slots. Gyms accept sports cards or single entries.
Give it six weeks, twice a week
That is usually enough to notice posture and core changes before you commit to a longer pass.
