Open around the clock (24/7): Just GYM Koszalin Jana Pawła II, MyGym – Powered by Xtreme Fitness Gyms. That applies to club members. With a sports card you can enter MyGym only while the reception is staffed (Mon–Fri 14:00–21:00); at Just GYM, entry outside reception hours is available only with Medicover Sport packages.
MultiSport is a sports pass that many employers in Poland offer as a staff benefit; Medicover Sport, FitProfit and PZU Sport work the same way. Gyms that list MultiSport on their own websites: Balans Fitness Joga Gym, Just GYM Koszalin Jana Pawła II, MyGym – Powered by Xtreme Fitness Gyms. Inferno Gym says it accepts sports cards once a day but does not name them, and the GymBro studio does not accept MultiSport. For the other clubs we did not find this information on their websites, so call before your first visit.
Yes. Inferno Gym sells 1-day and 7-day passes with no contract or joining fee, MyGym sells day passes online, and Fitness King works on a book-a-class basis with no contracts.
We have not verified this for any club, so we do not promise it. Just GYM and Zdrofit sell memberships online, which helps if you would rather not arrange everything at the desk; for smaller studios, ask by phone or message first.
Fitness King at Kaszubska 4 is a small training studio for women with small-group classes, open daily 6:00–22:00.
