1. Operator

2. Nature of the service

The website is a directory featuring personal trainers, dietitians and sports specialists active in Koszalin and the surrounding area. The website allows users to:

• browse trainer and sports specialist profiles,
• submit enquiries via the contact form,
• read informational content (blog, pricing).

3. For people looking for a trainer

Browsing the directory and using the contact forms is free of charge. The website acts as an intermediary – connecting people interested in training with trainers – but is not a party to any contract for training services. The quality and delivery of training services is the sole responsibility of the trainer.

4. For trainers – rules for being listed

A trainer profile may appear in the directory in two ways:

• Profile created by the Operator on the basis of publicly available business information (basis: legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The trainer may at any time request an update, restriction or removal of the entry, or raise an objection – simply write to kontakt@trenerkoszalin.pl; we will act promptly.
• Profile added at the trainer's request – via the form on the for trainers page, after giving consent to publication.

The trainer is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the data in their profile and agrees not to provide fictitious or misleading information. Details of data processing are described in the privacy policy.

5. Liability

The Operator makes every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but accepts no liability for the quality of services provided by trainers, for any harm arising from using those services, or for website unavailability caused by factors beyond the Operator's control.

The Operator does not verify the professional qualifications, certifications, insurance or licences of listed trainers. The directory is purely informational. Users independently verify the competence and terms of engagement of any chosen trainer before undertaking any physical activity.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding the operation of the website may be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@trenerkoszalin.pl. A complaint should include: your name, a description of the issue and the resolution you expect. The Operator addresses complaints within 14 days of receipt.

7. Personal data protection

8. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered address (District Court in Koszalin). Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, in particular the EU ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms with notice to users on the website.
