About the trainer
Radosław Kuźniarski owns Lumberjacks Cross Garage and coaches there himself. It is the only professional CrossFit box in Koszalin, at ul. Wenedów 1 — ul. is short for ulica, street, and box is what a CrossFit gym is called in Polish just as it is in English.
He takes both ends of the range: people meeting functional movement for the first time, and experienced athletes building towards competition.
The programme covers more ground than most boxes do. Olympic weightlifting, sport gymnastics, kettlebell work and yoga all run under the same roof.
