About the trainer
Krzysztof Hajdamowicz runs H2O, which bills itself as the first swimming school in Koszalin open to the general public. Lessons are held at the pool on ul. Jedności 4 — the entrance is on the paddling-pool side of the building, not the main door. He also appears on the official instructor list of the municipal pool on ul. Głowackiego.
He swam competitively for SZS-AZS Koszalin between 1977 and 1985, medalled at Polish national championships and held regional records. His instructor and coach qualifications come from AWFiS in Gdańsk, one of Poland’s universities of physical education and sport.

Prices and booking
Courses are sold by the semestr — a term running roughly half the school year, which is how most Polish swimming schools price their lessons. In the spring 2026 term, an adult course in a group of four to five people cost 990 zł once a week (16–20 sessions of 45 minutes) or 1800 zł twice a week. The school allows payment in instalments.
Pool hours for lessons are Monday to Friday 16:00–21:30 and Saturday 8:00–20:00. Book by phone or email; the current price list and timetable are on szkola-plywania.koszalin.pl, in Polish only. We have no information about which languages the lessons run in, so ask when you get in touch.
