About the trainer
Gerard Durski runs SWIM CLUB Koszalin, a swimming school based at Park Wodny Koszalin — the city’s municipal water park on ul. Rekreacyjna 14, the large complex with slides and a sports pool.
Lessons follow the school’s own syllabus, „Wielka podróż w głąb oceanu” (A Great Journey into the Ocean), which carries endorsements from the Polish Swimming Federation (Polski Związek Pływacki), the volunteer water rescue service (WOPR), the regional governor and the West Pomeranian marshal’s office. The syllabus breaks skills into graded levels with an exam at the end of each term. It was written for children, but the school states it works for teaching adults as well.

Prices and booking
Term courses cost 1050 zł for 15 lessons (once a week) and 2000 zł for 30 lessons (twice a week). The price includes entry to the water park and supervision by instructors, coaches and lifeguards — worth noting, because pool entry is usually a separate ticket here.
