Anna Majchrowska

About the trainer

Anna Majchrowska is a dietitian based in Koszalin. She studied at the Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego (AWF), Poland’s university of physical education, which turns out coaches, sports scientists and dietitians rather than doctors. She then spent nine years working as a fitness instructor.

Both halves of that show up in how she works: nutrition knowledge paired with a practical view of exercise, so the advice sits against the training you actually do rather than arriving as a diet sheet on its own.
