Paulina Zawłocka holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy and the IFBB PRO title in the wellness category — one of the most prestigious titles in the fitness world. Medical knowledge on one side, sporting practice on the other: she builds her training programmes on both, which is what keeps them effective and safe to run.
